ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products sold through Trucket are sold on a final sale basis.
This means that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than items damaged in transit or items received in error. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. To report an issue, please email us at shoptrucket@gmail.com and include:

Your order number

- A clear description of the issue

- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

- Photos of the original packaging (if damaged)

We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Trucket is not liable for delays, loss, or theft resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We ship via third-party carriers and are not responsible for their delays or delivery errors. Once your order is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled.

If your package appears lost or stolen, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not obligated to replace or refund the order.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not return any items without prior written approval from Trucket. Items returned to us without authorization will not be processed, refunded, or returned to the sender.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Trucket, you agree to our posted terms and policies. Any chargeback filed with your bank or credit card provider that contradicts our published return policy will be considered a fraudulent dispute. We reserve the right to contest and respond to all chargebacks with supporting documentation and to pursue further legal action if necessary.

Trucket reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review our policies before making a purchase.
